but whatever. i don't care. cos today was a BLAST!!! wooooohooo. i was grinning from ear to ear for the better part of the day. whee. haven't been this happy, excited, whatever in awhile. and it's just spilling over so i have to tell everyone about it even though i'm super sticky and icky and smelly and in need of a bath. hahaha. i can see everyone pinching their noses. i just realised that i was out of the house for 17hrs today!! whoa. haha.

so first we had good friday service. a b i d e . led worship and it was...WOW. wow wow wow. god was there. pple were worshipping. the church was packed. awesome. huge thanks to jeremy for sorting out the reeeeally screwed up sound for us. i just love worshipping god. i can't imagine how empty my life would be without god. i really don't wanna spend a single day away from him. then i did my via dolorosa item. after much practice, i finally got it to be smooth, only to screw up majorly when i was actually performing it!!! argh. but anyway i know god was pleased, and i was doing it for him after all. and everyone was very encouraging, lots came up to tell me it was really good! and berwyn even asked for the score to photocopy. hehe. :) he's a great boy lah. can see the change that has taken place in his heart and i'm just so glad.

straight after service we had skit rehearsal for tmr so that we could go for lunch and a movie before going for the musical at night. it was great fun working with gerald, sam, albert, zhiheng and jon tang. :) am very encouraged that they're willing to give up their time to serve god in this way. so we not only got our work done, we had a very good time in the process too! heh. just pray that they won't forget their lines tmr (so last minute, all my fault. heh) and that the message will be brought across strong and clear to the new friends, and the christians too!

met up with jem and daryl at parkway and cabbed down to town with stef to meet up with the rest of them - nathan, liwei, elissa, eunice and the whole bunch of others. we were supposed to watch a movie but the queue was ridiculously long, so we ended up sitting on baby green chairs around a green table and slacking the afternoon away.

now let me recount the story of the musical. see there are 2 musicals i wanted to watch. for convenience sake i will refer to them as the trinity one (technically speaking, a drama, not a musical) and godspell. original plan was to watch trinity one on wed night and godspell tonight. but i couldn't get tix for godspell so changed the plan to watching passion on wed night and the trinity one tonight. but today i managed to procure 2 tix for godspell (thanks to gloria and gerald) for me and stef to go. so i was in a dilemma cos i wanted to watch both!! it was really quite funny how i kept swinging back and forth between one and the other. just ask stef how many times i told her "ok so we go for the trinity one", "ok so let's go godspell lah". in the end, godspell it was, and i am SO GLAD i went. it was AMAZING. it just made me SO HIGH. hahaha. everyone thought i was absolutely crazy after it was over, cos i was acting like some 14 yr old groupie. hahaha. i am SO in love with jesus christ (as in, the character. or rather, the actor. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA)!! i was really tempted to add "able to sing and dance WELL" to my list of criteria..hahahaha. just so happy. kept smiling and smiling. it's hard to describe.

after godspell we decided to go for supper, in true charis style. haha. rode in joshua's car all the way back to siglap. WAH LAU EH. it was HOW COOL!!! the wind blowing in your hair when you're travelling at 120km/hr in this small sports car thing, the kind where you gotta push the front seat forward to get into the back seat. it was exhilarating. :) so this was the kick in the butt that i needed. come monday i am gonna drag myself down to ubi and sign up for driving!!! josh said he completed in 3mths so...*crosses fingers*. exciting stuff. :) supper with gloria, pat, pris, cheryl and bf, dennis, stef, jem and josh was good. then josh sent me home. whee. i'm a happy bee. hear me buzz! hahaha.

tmr's gonna be SUPER EXCITING too!!! i can't wait! i only hope i can wake up in time.. hahaha. first up is the 413 gathering at sentosa!!!! woooohoo. though i won't be able to stay long...sigh. but i know we'll have another gathering soon cos we simply rock (haha) so yup... don't miss me too much guys! hehe. then i'll rush back to church to finish up the skit with the guys. remind them of the purpose, rehearse a few more times, tie up the loose ends. then it's TGIGF!!!! yes yes we're celebrating TGIGF on a saturday..but that's how it always is lah. hope i get more time to talk to eikfeng and cedric tmr cos i didn't really get to spend much (or any for that matter) time with them today... sorry guys!! and jon is coming for TGIGF!!! yay!! it's all gonna be a blast! THEN THEN THEN. it's gonna be easter sunday service...and back to esplanade on sunday night to watch SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER with yuying!!!! can't wait to see you, ying. :)
