yesterday was a wonderful wonderful day. even 2B couldn't piss me off. in fact i'm more sorry for the students who really wanna learn music and can't cos their classmates refuse to behave than pissed at them for not behaving. so anyway i took a short nap after that and then went down to town to meet amanda! we visited pakwing where she bought a really bimbotic purple flouncy pen!! hahaha.. reminded us abit of legally blonde. i didn't wanna buy any of the stuff pakwing was selling so in the end i bought him a mocha frap. hehe. after amanda left i went walking ard on my own..and found lotsa things to buy! so guess what? ma and i are going for a MAJOR shopping spree after school today..how exciting! hehe. i haven't gone shopping in like, i dunno, more than a year? i seriously need new clothes. so yup, will be getting alot of stuff today. oh yeahh.

i met yuying at chinatown after that and it was just happiness and fun! :) i've never been to chinatown in my whole life, and especially not at chinese new year. my goodness. the streets were full of all these roadside stalls selling all the cny stuff, and people were pushing and shoving, i was so "wahhh" and took quite a few photos, behaving more like a tourist. hehe. spent about 15mins looking for the music school.. then we had our first vocal lesson. wow. just wow. our teacher is so super zai! and her lessons are reeeeally funny and interesting!! hahaha. i can't wait to learn more, yuying too! i have to choose a song that i want to work on for next week's lesson.. i think yuying's gonna do a sunyanzi song. i'm not too sure what i'm gonna do yet.. tinghai mebbe? but that's pretty damn challenging. ok i'm just ranting on and on, sorry abt that. so anyway, after lesson was over yuying decided to walk ard chinatown with me since i've never seen it before. haha. and i bought lotsa roadsidestall food to eat...hehehe.

everything was perfect right until the very end of the day but oh well, whatever. i simply have to turn your eyes upon jesus/look full in his wonderful face/and the things of the earth will grow strangely dim/in the light of his beauty and grace. yup, very grateful that i have a god who's in control of everything, even when i don't understand. not just a god, but a GOOD god, who only gives good and perfect gifts. :) oh yes, and thank god for amanda. i love you dearie! i don't know how to start explaining how wonderful she's been. no matter what my decision was, she supported me. even when she didn't agree, she still stood by me and then caught me when i fell and never said "i told you so". ah crap i need to rush off now.
